A new case with 'Joy-Lock' grips promises no detachment issues.
Earlier this year dbrand unveiled a new Killswitch case for the then upcoming Switch 2. However, shortly after launch several reports started popping up of issues with the Killswitch's Joy-Con connection, with users noting that this new case resulted in the otherwise strong, magnetic hold of the Switch 2 Joy-Con failing when in the case — if held in an admittedly abnormal way.
After a bit of back and forth, dbrand has made good — updating the product and sending a free upgraded set of Joy-Con grips to those who already had bought in.
