The decidedly retro looking Pocket AIR Android handheld from AYANEO is expected to launch in August.
The folks over at AYANEO are keeping themselves busy — in addition to the premium Windows-powered KUN handheld they announced earlier today, the company has now also revealed further details on a new Android-powered device called the Pocket AIR.
This upcoming Android handheld, shown off in a colorway that's reminiscent of the original Famicom, is the first from hardware manufacturer AYANEO to run the Google OS — all of AYANEO's gaming hardware up to this point has been Windows-based.
The device was first revealed earlier in the year, but more details regarding the handheld have been shared today. It's rocking a 5.5" inch OLED screen, a 7350mAh battery, has hall-sensing joysticks, and will run Android 12. The full Pocket AIR spec list is below:

The device is expected to start shipping later this summer in August, and will be made available via an IndieGoGo campaign at some point this month.
